Infused vodka

This is where things can get a little bit tricky, as it’s best if you can begin the process of infusion several months in advance of the big day so that the vodka has enough time to properly and completely extract the powerful cannabinoids from cannabis. You’ll need:

• 1 cup red grapefruit juice
• 1/3 cup cannabis-infused vodka
• ¼ cup peach schnapps
• Ice

Garnish:

• 2 strawberries
• 2 toothpicks
• 2 cherries

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add all of the ingredients to the cocktail shaker, and then shake it at least 3 or 4 times to mix everything together and chill the liquid.

3. Pour the cocktail into 2 glasses.

4. Push a strawberry onto one end of each toothpick, followed by a cherry, and then drop the garnished sticks into the prepared drinks.
